Website analytics

DTF Jeff uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page usage. The current site does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, and it does not currently use analytics cookies.

Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide privacy-friendly aggregate analytics rather than cross-site advertising tracking. Basic technical or request information may be processed by Vercel as necessary to provide the analytics service.

We also record when a directory search occurs and how many suppliers match, which state or service filters are used, supplier website clicks, calculator completions, and calculator links to the supplier directory. Search text stays in your browser and is not included in our analytics events. Supplier clicks record only the public supplier identifier and link placement; calculator completion events record sheet length and estimated print count. Calculator-to-directory clicks record only the fixed tool source and link placement, without dimensions, prices, search text, or contact details. A confirmed shop submission records only state, when available, and featured-listing interest, without contact details or free-text answers.

Supplier links

Clicking a supplier link takes you to an independent third-party website. DTF Jeff does not control those websites or their privacy practices. Supplier information may link to external businesses, so review the destination site’s own policies before sharing information or placing an order.

Supplier website links include referral parameters identifying DTFJeff, the listing campaign, and the link placement. These parameters do not include your search text, contact information, or a visitor identifier.

Google Maps ratings and reviews

Eligible featured listings display ratings from Google Maps when viewed. Written reviews are requested only when you choose to view customer reviews. DTF Jeff sends the supplier’s verified Place ID to Google from our server; we do not send your directory search text or contact details with that request. Google content is displayed temporarily and is not copied into our permanent supplier records.

Reviewer profile images, when available, load directly from Google image services, which receive your IP address and technical request information. Following a Google Maps link opens Google’s service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s processing and is incorporated into this notice for these features.

Our Google information endpoints use short-lived request counters and a hashed network address to reduce abuse. These counters do not contain review text or directory searches. See our terms of use for Google Maps terms.

Supplier submissions

If you submit a shop for review, DTF Jeff uses the business, location, service, and contact details you provide to review the submission, check relevant information against public business sources, and contact you about the listing. The contact name, email, and phone are for review and follow-up; they are not published on a supplier profile unless you separately approve publication.

The submission form is hosted and processed by Tally. See the Tally privacy policy for information about its data handling. Do not include sensitive personal information in optional notes. Submitting a shop does not guarantee inclusion. You may reply to DTF Jeff’s review correspondence to ask about your submission or request a correction.
